Reservation policy

In order to formalize the reservation a deposit of 50 % of the total of the stay is requested, in a term of 5 working days, once received the deposit the reservation is considered firm. If the deposit is not received within the stipulated period, the reservation is considered cancelled.

Cancellation policy

Up to 15 days before the arrival in the accommodation if it is cancelled for a justified and justifiable reason, the deposit is refunded minus 5 % for management costs.
